We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at Helping Hands Veterinary Surgery & Dentistry of Florida remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in need of surgery and dentistry, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment at 7:30 am, our team will come out to your car, give you the necessary paper-work to complete, answer any questions, and escort your pet to and from their appointment, offering you a contactless visit. If you arrive after 8:00 am, please call (407) 815-6400 and a team member will come out to your car.
All team members are provided with masks, gloves, and sanitizer stations.
Our team members will strive to maintain 6 feet of distance from you for our mutual safety.
We’re taking team health seriously, with measures including temperature checks, frequent hand washing, and self-check procedures.
Our hospital is cleaned and sanitized frequently, using EPA approved disinfectants, with special attention paid to heavy touch areas like doorknobs, phones, and computers.
Whenever possible, we ask you to book your appointment ahead of time by phone or online.
We have procedures in place to limit contact during the payment process to keep you and our team members safe.
To keep both you and our team members safe, when you arrive for your appointment at 7:30 am please stay in your vehicle and a team member will meet you at your car.
We ask all clients to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance from our team members and other clients.
We’ll be communicating with you via your cell phone during your pet’s visit, so we ask you to make sure it is on and charged during the appointment.
Our team is working extremely hard to follow safety guidelines while providing the high level of veterinary care you and your pet deserve. Please be patient and kind as our pet health heroes care for your furry friends.
